I like the saree; this is sepia brown color, not my favorite but I think the burgundy work on the saree makes it attractive, without making it look very gaudy. The zari work is notable and not overdone and I like the single large floral design on the pallu.
The most notable part is the blouse; a textured blouse without any embroidery, but with long sleeves and a cuff that matches with the blouse, and skin tone material covering the arm; not too dissimilar from some of the things that I noted on the fashion circuit this year.

Interesting sarees and gorgeous fashion photo shoots for Lavanya Nalli Sarees. I really like the photo shoot, but I keep thinking that it doesn’t feel perfect. It is an abstract photo shoot, but I think the model is missing certain ethereal quality.
The saree designs are noteworthy; I think the dark colors and tight design goes well together. Dark color blouses that go with the sarees make it look more youthful and contemporary.

Pakistani model Vaneeza Ahmed in a saree inspired ensemble. I don’t want to call this a trouser saree; but it is close.
I have seen some really interesting pictures of her in sarees, hopefully I’ll get a chance to show some more.
I am really delighted to hear that sarees are being popular again in Pakistan – after several decades of ban as unpatriotic, it is becoming a trendy thing to wear.
