Fashion Style, Sri Lankan airlines flight steward desses display their new attire in Colombo. This is a quadra-dose of delight for me; I love uniform sarees, I love iconic ethnic drapes, I love gorgeous peacock color combination and I think that Sri Lankan beauties are adorable!

Their iconic Kandyan Saree uniform still retains its oriental charm but yet have a distinctive modern appeal and contemporary look. The new colour palette plays with the soft hues of sea blue splashed with the delicate multi-hued motifs of the peacock feather with its shimmering iridescent bursts of electric orange mottled with dark, light blue and white.

Fashion Style, Sonia Dara. Nice to see a desi girl in the Sports’ Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Oh, and she’s a sophomore at Harvard – beauty and brains combined – thats why I love desi women! Sonia also did a photo shoot for vogue but didn’t wear a saree or anything.

Fashion Style, When it is about a star studded Golden Globe 2010 night of Fashion style week, can you think of the celebrities present there to be so subtle and so mild? Its simply impossible, isn’t it? Let’s not talk about anyone else right now when we have our very own, very caring and good-looking mom Nicole Kidman!

Fashion Style, Mily Cyrus is a star, she is a teen star, very beautiful, very young and very dare. Today she wears jeans a top and tomorrow she can wear something like the following fishnet T-shirt.The jeans are actually OK, but the top is … too much even for a teenager.

Fashion Style, Romance is in the air for this long legged couple, Russell Brand and Katy Perry. Earlier this month the comedian, who first met this American singer’s preacher parents at a ski resort in Austria, revealed his secret to impress Katy’s parents. Brand told paparazzi that when Katy’s mother told that nothing is impossible Russell went and quoted Nelson Mandela’s lines saying that everything is impossible until its done and this worked for Katy’s parents.

And recently this very much in love couple was spotted walking hand in hand as they stepped out from Russell’s home in London heading towards the Chamomile Café in Primrose Hill. And this is how they are battling against the frosty snow of England. Russell had donned black skinny jeans with a duo of Tees framed with a black leather jacket. While Katy also ad sported her black skinny jeans with a cozy long blonde hued coat. The common things were the knitted woollen caps and black shades that made the duo look simply stylish this winter. This pic has clearly brushed off the rumours of her getting cozy with Twilight’s Robert Pattinson.

Fashion Style, Go shabby to look stylish and modish! This is the latest mantra of fashionistas all over the world. Our celebrities are paying thousands for those fringy, ragged, worn-out apparels that assure an edge over the rest. Just check these Hollywood beauties in their shabby look.

Rihanna reveals her sexy legs in rolled up high waist denim worn out shorts. She is carrying a denim clutch which gives an idea of shredding your denims if you run out of accessories. The white transparent shirt looks apt over these ragged denim shorts.

Fashion Style, Victoria’s Secret Lingerie Fashion Show is always a hit and this time it was terrific as usual. I must confess all this buzz was around her style  and it wasn’t in vain. Everything went smooth and was fabulous and charming in this Fashion show 2009.

The runway was pure pleasure to watch. I love the way everything was organised. My special thanks go to Fergie. She was a nice and sexy Victoria Secret Angel.
